From the outset and from the very early days after the use of BNT162b2 the following facts emerged to ‘red flag’ forbidden behaviour to the extent of a reckless intent to injure and even kill some people - in furtherance of the stated motive of vaccinating the entire New Zealand population.
1. The acknowledgement of injuries and likely death from BNT162b2 before it was ever used in New Zealand.
2. The concealment of this risk from those to be vaccinated - to infer no personal risk.
3. The changing of the known risk of injury and likely death to some - into a safety message for all.
4. The repeating reports of injury and deaths which followed BNT162b2 injection.
5. The clear fact that these injuries and deaths were resulting from human actions - being the decision to use BNT162b2 and the subsequent actions of use.
6. To a lesser extent – the ongoing reports of sars-cov-2 infection following BNT162b2
It was this combination of facts that together caused the Justice Watch investigation team to consider that a criminal investigation was indeed warranted.
